Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK: 5–14 business days (with tracking)

  • Other Countries: 7–16 business days (with tracking)

Please note: Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to unforeseen delays in transit. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot control external shipping conditions. If tracking shows no updates for 30–60 business days, we will send a replacement package.
Delays are more common during peak seasons (e.g., November–December) or promotional periods.

Processing Time vs Shipping Time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (separate from shipping time)

  • Each order is carefully checked, packed, and handed over to our logistics partner within this window.

  • Once processed, tracking details will be emailed to you.

  • During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Special Note for Custom Labubu Products

For Labubu custom face products (where customers upload images):

  • Production time: 1–5 business days

  • Shipping time: Approx. 14 business days

  • Important: This product may experience delays of up to 30 days because it is based on a Labubu design, which requires extra checks at your country’s airport to avoid copyright and customs issues.

  • We recommend placing orders well in advance if you need them by a specific date.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VERY GUDA is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes after the package is shipped. Any fees (tariffs, import duties, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Depending on your country, you may be charged import taxes upon delivery, typically around 20% of the item’s value (though this can vary). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Updates can be made without prior notice or specific effective dates.
